Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Electric Heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Communal grounds with private patio with furniture. Shared use of communal indoor heated swimming pool (available 9am - 6pm seven days a week). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Due to the proximity of the river, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: Property sleeps a maximum of 6 including infants

The cottage can sleep six people in one king-size double, one twin and one ground floor twin together with a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking and communal gardens with indoor swimming pool.
