Oak Tree Barn is situated in a beautiful area of the country that is one of the south west’s best kept secrets. Locals call this part of the Somerset and Wiltshire border ‘Stourton Bushes’ and it gets its name from the Lords Stourton who lived in the area from the fifteenth century onwards. With beautiful, undulating countryside all around you, you’re in the ideal position to visit some of the UK’s best-loved tourist attractions, including Bath, Stonehenge and Longleat.

The converted barn itself is all on one level, with a large open-plan living and dining space. The furnishings are tastefully contemporary and the focal point of the living space is a stylish log burner, perfect for cosy evenings during the autumn or winter months. Both double bedrooms have super king size beds that can be adapted into twin beds should you wish, and have their own en-suite bathrooms.

Outside the property there are beautiful grounds where you can while away your time sitting on the patio or enjoying a barbecue, gazing at the countryside. The exterior of the barn is in keeping with the beautiful surroundings, attractively clad in larch and cedar. The local town of Frome is close by, and the weekly market offers plenty of fresh, local produce for you all to enjoy while you’re here.
