Small courtyard to the front with furniture, private lawned rear garden with south facing aspect which you can access by going through the two front gates and down the path 10m then through a gate on your left.. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 11 mins and pub 7 mins walk. Note: Steps (27) leading up to property, please take care with pets and children. Please note: It is residential area and to be mindful to neighbouring residents. Note: This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues, steep stairs leading to the first floor.
