First floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Kitchen. Lounge/diner with woodburner (sofa seating for 4). Shared heated external utility/ drying room with washing machine, laundry drying lines and shared overflow fridge.

Eco central heating with woodburner. Electric oven with induction hob, microwave, under counter fridge, separate mini freezer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair and baby bath. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Private lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: Front courtyard is shared with owners. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note: There may be some building work taking place on the main house from September - December and there maybe some associated noise.
