Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer in cloakroom, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, radio, Blu-ray, DVD, Enterprise grade WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and wood for woodburner included. Bed linen and towels included. Off road parking for 2 cars. Landscaped garden with paved and shingled areas with paved and shingled areas with seating in addition to decking furnished for dining and seating with a barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop, pub and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: A rowing/ sailing dinghy in addition to one or two canoes (one canoe per two guests) are included. Note: Due to the location and design of the cottages, the minimum age for guests is 5 years. Note: Check in time is after 4.30pm and check out time is before 10am.
