Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room (seats 12). Sitting room with woodburner.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 8 cars. Private enclosed garden with pond, furniture, BBQ and hot tub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
