Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting area with solid fuel stove and spiral stairs.
Oil central heating with solid fuel stove in sitting area. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in outside utility, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, one with basic satellite package, DVD, CD/radio. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden to front with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Coast 5 mins walk. Note: Open-tread spiral staircase may be unsuitable for the less mobile.

Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a front lawned garden with furniture. With the beach close by, this area is great for family holidays.
