Electric oven and hob, Rayburn which fuels central heating, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV's with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Rear garden with raised terrace seating area, fish pond and long strip of lawn with fruit trees and space to play. Two well-behaved pets welcome (the owner may accept more on request). Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop 1 mile and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Steep concrete steps to access the rear garden, and a pond, children to be supervised. Note: The central heating is run by the rayburn, which will need to be lit by guests, full instructions will be left in the property. Note: Please be mindful of the low beams, and the step between the kitchen and lounge area.
