This lovely little annex is attached to the owner's home, in the pretty village of Chardstock, Devon. It has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, as well as two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite facilities. The first double bedroom has an en-suite shower, while the master bedroom has a super king-size zip/link bed and an en-suite freestanding bath. Outside is a lawned garden with furniture, ample parking and stables available for use by prior arrangement with the owner. A short drive from Axminster, Chard and the Jurassic Coast, it is an excellent holiday home for friends and families exploring Devon.
