Electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview and basic Sky package, DVD, WiFi, Integrated wine chiller. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot and Highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars at the rear of the lodge. Decked terrace with furniture can be secured with lockable gates. Shared on-site laundry facilities. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Two well-behaved pets welcome (must not be left unattended in the lodge), sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, the property is accessed via 4 steps and there is no ramp access. Note: The property is located next to a stream and children should be supervised at all times, although the decking area is safe and secure with lockable gates. WiFi available on-site. Note: Due to the site's rural location, mobile phone coverage and WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost �15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge.
