Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car at front of property with access for loading/unloading. Additional parking in railway station car park next door (summer/winter �4.00/�1.00 daily or �16.00/�3.00 per week). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Fishing and golf equipment. Shops, pubs and beach 5 mins walk. Railway station next door. Note: One inflatable boat available to use at own risk.

Gwylan Maisonette is a homely holiday apartment set across the first and second floors of a traditional seaside holiday home in Tenby, South Wales. With a double bedroom, a twin and two singles set over the first and second floors, the property can sleep up to six people comfortably. Parking can be found in the railway station car park nearby at an extra charge, but the car can be loaded and unloaded outside.
