Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. External utility. Sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Second sitting room (seats 2) with foldaway dining table and chairs.
Electric panel heaters with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, TV with FreeSat, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car in parking bay below cottage, plus additional off road parking on first come, first served basis and ample roadside parking. Small front garden with sitting area and furniture and small rear yard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Lakeside Café 3 mins walk. Note: The cottage is accessed on foot up a short, but steep incline and the stairs inside the cottage are steep, children need to be supervised and may not be suitable for the elderly and those with limited mobility. Note: Steam railway line runs behind the property, some associated noise can be heard.
