No children under the age of 12 due to the mezzanine. They share a wet/shower room. On the ground floor the living area is open plan with a sitting area, sleek kitchen and dining area with full height glazed doors overlooking open parkland. Outside you'll find a little seating area, attractive gravelled terrace, parking for two cars and you are of course welcome to use the extensive lawns and grounds.
