On the ground floor the open plan sitting/dining room offers a fantastic wood burning stove (starter pack of logs, kindling matches etc provided in winter months), a 40� Smart TV, lovely comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs. The spacious kitchen has granite worktops, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, integrated microwave and a fabulous breakfast bar with stunning sea views. There is also a luxury cloak room with WC and hand wash basin.
First Floor
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed, built in wardrobe and 40�TV, the bunk room has a double bed, lower bunk and single bed upper bunk and has stunning sea views. The luxury bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.
Outside
Outside, across a communal path, the cottage has a small garden, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sea air and a gorgeous summer house which has lighting and a decking with table and chairs.

To the front is a private parking space and a small patio area.
