Approached along a private leafy lane, it sits within 400 acres of private grounds yet is within easy reach of Cornwall�s visitor hot spots and central to St Ives, Truro and Falmouth, Cornwall�s golden triangle. A stylish property, the living room boasts a contemporary wood burner, and the covered balcony area, has far-reaching views over open countrysidel. There is a master bedroom with twin beds on the ground floor that can be joined together to make a super kingsize bed. It also has built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
