Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned and paved garden with stone steps. Two pets welcome, to be restricted to ground floor uncarpeted areas only. Sorry no smoking. Pub and shop 10 mins walk. Note: Max sleep six adults.

April Cottage is a charming and spacious detached cottage in St Breward which looks out to moorland countryside and has distant sea glimpses. There are four bedrooms and one family bathroom and a cloakroom. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a vast dining table and traditional range. The sitting room has an oil burner stove and exposed beams with comfy sofas as has the snug. Outside the enclosed garden is lawned and paved with stone steps and great views of the surrounding area. There is also off road parking for two cars.
