Five upstairs bedrooms: 2 x double, 2 x twin, 1 x family room with four single beds, all with TV and en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Landing reading area. Ground floor double bedroom with en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin and kitchenette/seating area and external ramped access. Downstairs open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Ground floor WC with basin. Drying room.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for six cars. Childrens play area, barbecue, hot tub. An exciting range of activities are available by arrangement, extra, week days only, including clay pigeon shooting, amphibious vehicles and archery - tailor-made packages can be arranged. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, first dog included, extra dogs at �35 pet dog, per week. Sorry no smoking. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: This property is best for a maximum of 12 adults. No Hen/Stag groups are accepted.

The Barn is a big, smart detached house on a 200 acre Devon farm near the village of Southleigh. The house sleeps 14 people in six bedrooms with six bathrooms, including one easy access ground floor bedroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a paddock for games, a play area, a hot tub and a terrace with furniture and barbecue, as well as the farm to wander and enjoy outdoor activities. The Barn is a smashing base for big groups to enjoy a lovely Devon holiday.
