Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front decked patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub on site. Note: Property accessed by 4 steps so may be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Lake on site and brook to rear and side of the lodge, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There may be some minor road noise experienced. Note: Additional charges for use of leisure facilities as follows. Individual adult �10 per day, �26 for 3 days and �50 per week. Individual child �6 per day, �16 for 3 days and �30 per week. Family pass (up to 2 adults and 3 children) �20 per day, �56 for 3 days and �120 per week. Under 4s free of charge. Note. The park is closed from 6th of January till the 12th of February.

Brook Edge Lodge is a compact, detached lodge situated in a private corner of the South Lakeland Leisure Village, which benefits from excellent on-site facilities and can sleep four people. This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front decked patio with furniture. Brook Edge Lodge is a lovely holiday cottage.
