Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Parking is also available for one car, nearby in Sneaton Hall Car Park, accessed via Beacon Way. Patio and gravel with furniture. 2 dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 minute walk. Note: Bedrooms are accessed via separate staircases, may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. Note: Washing machine and tumble dryer in conservatory. Please note: property sits on a 30mph B road so some traffic noise may be heard during the day but the windows are double glazed and the property has thick stone walls. Please note any booking taken after 05/08/2019 check in will be at 4pm- thank you
