Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed patio at rear with garden furniture, enclosed gravelled garden to front. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 7 mins walk. Note: This property accepts 3 Adults and 1 infant in head count, guests must bring own travel cot etc as not provided. Note: We need to say that the door between the sitting room and snug is a single sliding patio door and the patio door in the small bedroom is a double opener patio door (French door style), with single opener out into the garden from there.
