Five bedrooms: 3 x King-size en suite. 1 x twin with en-suite. 1 x bunk room. Family bathroom. Open plan kitchen, living and dining room. Additional snug room.
Rangemaster cooker (with double oven), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and wine cooler.
Living room has 48" Smart TV (with Sky) with DVD player and surround sound system, wood-burning stove and Juliet balcony. Additional Smart TV in snug. An air-sourced heat pump supplies hot water and under-floor heating. Wireless broadband internet and telephone (tba) available. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
