Electric heaters with woodburning stove, open fire and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Smart TV with FreeSat and Netflix, WiFi, digital radio with iPod dock. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car. Bike storage in garage. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: The garden is accessed across a shared cobbled passageway which can be slippery when wet. Note: The stairs are steep and there is low head height to the second floor and in the second floor bedroom. Note: There is an additional step from the kitchen to the utility and a step down into the bathroom.
