This lovely detached three bedroom 1930's house has recently been sympathetically decorated throughout, whilst retaining many of its original period features. A lovely feature is the open plan kitchen/dining area leading to the garden room and outdoor space. Conveniently located, just a pleasant 5-minute walk away from the centre of Sandbanks is the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events. Close by you can catch a crossing to the National Trust site of Brownsea Island where you may get a glimpse of the elusive red squirrel.
