Wi-Fi, 2 ‘smart hub’ TVs (Freesat & Internet in the lounge and Internet only in the double bedroom). Power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Patio area and upper garden deck both with seating. Please note: steep garden steps to upper garden deck. Local pub 2 mins walk & local Co-op 2 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Owing to the steep steps around the cottage children under 8 years not allowed. Private parking with designated pass for one car is available in the ‘residents only’ car park situated on the right just after the mini-roundabout at the bottom of the village. Note: initial off-loading and re-loading upon arrival and departure (but no parking otherwise) can be undertaken some 60m from the cottage at the turning head accessed by turning left at the aforementioned mini-roundabout. Note; No Hens/stag or similar.
