Three bedrooms: 1 x second floor family room with 3 single beds (note accessed by space saver fixed ladder only) 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor single (note second floor room can only be accessed via this room). First floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC (shower no longer functional). Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box, freezer. TV with Freesat, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public car park nearby (free off season) and drop off point to front of cottage. Enclosed rear terraced garden and patio to front with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 30 metres. Note: The power shower on the first floor is no longer in use, however there is another shower in the property. Note: Mobile phone reception is very limited. Note: Stair to upper floor is very steep and narrow. Note: Rear garden is terraced with some 2 metre drops so children will need to be supervised at all times.
