Two bedrooms: 1 x double (zip/link, can be twin by arrangement), 1 x twin (zip/ link, can be double by arrangement). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area (accessed via split-level floor) with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.
Underfloor heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio/CD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, second and third dog welcome at £20 each per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There is a three foot drop from the patio to the lawn. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside.

Moors Edge Cottage is a very cosy single storey property on a working hill farm half a mile from the village of Rosedale Abbey. There are two bedrooms, both of which can be offered as either a double or twin depending on your requirements. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living area (accessed via a split level floor) is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and a woodburner in the sitting area. Outside is off road parking, and a garden with furniture. With the moors, coast and plentiful attractions all easily reached, Moors Edge Cottage makes a wonderful country retreat.
