Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shops ¼ mile and 1 mile, pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property is situated next to farmland, with farm vehicles passing infrequently. Note: There are unfenced steps in the garden and the stream (which can swell dramatically) is unfenced in places, children to be supervised at all times. Note: The fireplace in the end sitting room is not to be used. Note: Check-in time 3pm.
