Eldertree is a beautifully converted reverse level barn with fabulous outdoor space and features such as a high vaulted ceiling and beams, set just two and half miles from the seaside village of Praa Sands where the golden sand stretches for a mile and you can set on foot along the coastal footpath. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin with en-suite shower room. The living area is open plan and features include a wood burning stove, vaulted beamed ceiling and the kitchen a modern range cooker. Outside there is a pretty enclosed garden and off road parking for three cars. Eldertree is a stunning property in a great location for all the family to enjoy.
