Sorry, no smoking. Harbour beach 1 min walk. Pub 1 min walk. Note: the unique setting and position of this property mean that children should be supervised. Note: As a traditional Cornish cottage, this property has internal steps throughout and the stairs are steeper than those found in a more modern property. A handrail is fitted to one side.Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of �100 on booking this property
