A spacious and light, ‘up-side down’ holiday home, 15 minutes’ walk to the golden, sandy beach at Porthtowan, Sunfish has lovely views from its first floor living accommodation over the hill to Porthtowan and out to sea.
The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with one en-suite and the spacious family bathroom. The view can be enjoyed from the first floor living accommodation, where the light floods in through the patio doors which lead to a Juliet balcony, a perfect vantage point for the watching the sunsets.
Outside is a super garden, fully enclosed and with decking and seating, ideal for an evening barbecue.
Additional Information:
Three well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
