Sorry no pets, no smoking and no children. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk, harbour 5 mins walk. Note: 5 minute uphill walk from parking area, a luggage taxi can be prearranged at own expense, recommend suitcases on wheels.

Located just a short uphill walk from Polperro village which offers eating establishments, shops, harbour and beach. The Studio is a lovely airy but compact romantic retreat to be enjoyed by two.
