Electric heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front and rear garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Perrananporth Beach 2 minute walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor however, there is a handrail to assist. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children due to one bedroom having child bunk beds. Note: This property has a check in time of 4pm, and check out of 10am
