Oil central heating. Cooking range with double electric oven and 8-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available. Off road parking for 5 cars. Rear patio with furniture, lawned area and two rear raised patios with furniture and BBQ,Bike/kayak storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via sloping drive and a flight of stone steps, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Due to steps in garden and up to the property with some drops, children to be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Clear View is a wonderful, spacious holiday home overlooking part of the seaside village of Pendine, with accommodation for 10 people. The property has four spacious bedrooms with en-suite shower facilities. Of these, a master room with a king-size bed and one with a standard double bed both have Juliet balconies. There is a further double room on the first floor and one on the ground floor next to a smaller twin room. The bedroom with twin beds on the ground floor does not have an en-suite, however there is also a separate bathroom on the ground floor right beside it. The house has a kitchen with a dining area and patio doors, a utility room and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for three cars, a large patio with furniture to the front, a lawned area to the side and two raised patio areas to the rear with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and views down to the beach. Clear View is a wonderful holiday cottage by the sea for all, all year round.
