Electric and underfloor heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hair dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel, starter pack for wood burner, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent but please bring own beach towels. Travel cot (please bring own bed linen) and highchair. Bottom stair gate can be provided. Off-road parking for two cars. Front and rear patio area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.01 miles and pub 0.1 miles
