Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Please advise owner 6 weeks prior of preferred bedding configuration 1x double and 1x twin will be standard if owner is not informed. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed lawn. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 minute walk. Please note: this property has a check in time of 3:30pm.
