Oil-filled electric heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own swimming towels). Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private lawned garden with raised decking, furniture and BBQ. Shared use of owner's outdoor heated swimming pool (available June-Aug inc.). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: First floor bedroom accessed via steep stairs with limited headroom - not suitable for less mobile or very young guests. Note: Children must be supervised around the swimming pool.

Built from brick, it houses exposed beams, a woodburner, two snug bedrooms and a private lawned garden, which boasts unparalleled views of the valley below. Visitors have use of the owner's heated outdoor swimming pool and there are plenty of scenic walks and cycle rides in the area. The Nine Meres of Ellesmere are nearby and in the town you can find a variety of shops and pubs. Little Pentre Barn is a perfect base for couples and small groups to enjoy the many nearby sight and delights of Chester, North Wales, Shropshire and beyond.
