Ashtree Cottage is a modern barn conversion boasting a rural situation near the village of Ottringham, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It comprises a king-size double bedroom and a shower room, sleeping two guests altogether. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, whilst to the outside is off-road parking for two cars, along with a patio area and artificial lawn.
