Note: Over Whitsun bank holiday week in May, a church f�te and other charity events and the National Garden scheme are held at Cadhay and the walled garden is open over August bank holiday, when a section of the garden is roped off for your privacy. Note: If charging an electric car at this property you will be asked to leave an honest contribution towards to cost. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. The Coach House is a smart and spacious cottage converted from the coach house of the historic Cadhay estate near the East Devon town of Ottery St Mary. The cottage sleeps six people in three en suite bedrooms. On the ground floor are a hall, sitting room with wood burning stove and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a small patio and grassy area with furniture, looking over the walled garden tended by the estate gardener.
