Oil underfloor heating downstairs with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared off road parking for 6 cars. Secure bike storage. Front paved area and patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 miles. Note: Limited headroom in single bedroom. Note: Stairs open direct into open plan living area. Note: Children over 12 years only. Please note: booking must start and end on any day between a Friday to Friday. Brightley Mill Barn is a superb detached upside down cottage situated in the hamlet of Brightley two miles from the market town of Okehampton. This cottage sleeps three people in two ground floor bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one single, together with a ground floor bathroom with roll-top bath. The cottage also has a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside the property there's off road parking for six cars. Brightley Mill Barn is an excellent base for a couple or small family.
