Gas central heating, wood-burning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker system. Gas and electricity are included. Bed linen and towels are included (guests are requested to provide their own beach towels). Travel cot and highchair and stair gate. Off-road parking for two cars. Garage for kayak/bike storage. Enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Sorry, no smoking. Sorry, no pets. Village shops 1.1 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Note: The single bedroom can only be accessed via the garden or balcony area.
