Oil fired central heating and wood burning stove. Gas hob, gas and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Utility with washing machine. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private garden with furniture, and BBQ available in the summer. Shop and pub 3 miles. Off road parking. Note: The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the barn with privacy provided via heavy drape curtains from the rafters and that there is low balustrade unsuitable for young children.
