Range oven, gas hob 7 x burners, 1 x electric oven, 1 x fan electric oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come first serve basis. There is also a car park at the back of the property which is free after 4pm. Enclosed, rear decking area with furniture. One small well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Sorry no stag/hen or similar.
