Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room.

Gas heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on private road, on a first come, first served basis. Once your space is reserved this can be used for the week. Side garden, rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach and promenade 7 mins walk. Note: There are 7 steps up to property and in the terraced garden, care must be taken, therefore may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. Note: Access to property is up a steep hill and care needs to be taken to negotiate the lane. Note: The private road to the property is partially made up and uneven.
