Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with easy chair, 1 x ground floor king-size double with sofa, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. First floor sitting room with woodburner. Shared external utility.
Underfloor central heating from ground source heat pump (with individual thermostats in every room) and woodburner. Twin electric ovens and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machines and tumble dryers in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Private patio with furniture plus shared use of lawned garden and 3-acre paddock with furniture, firepits and BBQs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 4.5 miles. Note: Deep waterarea in shared paddock area is fenced off (Please take care especially with children around this area) Note: Although ground floor bedroom and wet room, this cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users. Note: Please refrain from using electronic audio equipment (except with headphone) in the grounds. Acoustic instruments can be used in the grounds until 10.30pm. Note: This property does not accept any Hen/Stag parties or similar.
