Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin. Separate WC. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area and multi-fuel stove.

Electric storage heaters with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned gardens with furniture and croquet set. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: The garden is not secure and there is open farmland nearby, therefore dogs need be kept under control whilst outside. Travelcot and highchair available at the property upon request.
