Penare House is in the pretty village of Mevagissey and just a ten minute walk to the harbour. The property boasts five bedrooms with the master en-suite bedroom with its ocean views, antique four poster bed and chaise longue worth fighting over! There is also a family bathroom plus a downstairs shower room. The kitchen / dining area is large and well equipped with a wood burning stove, the sitting room is cosy and has the benefit of a real fire. There is also an entertainment room on the second floor with books, DVD�s and games plus two telescopes to watch the goings on at the harbour if desired. The garden is lawned and has furniture plus a BBQ and there is off road parking for two cars. Penare House is a lovely property for a large family to enjoy or some friends.
