Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 2 x first floor twin bedrooms with TV’s, 1 x second floor king size double with TV, 1 x second floor double with TV. Ground floor cloakroom with WC. First floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second floor shower room with basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.
Central heating, wood burning stove. Electric oven and electric 5 ring Neff hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with freeview, WiFi, DVD and iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Unloading is possible outside the house and cars can be parked at a nearby car park (around 500 metres away) at a cost of around £40 per vehicle per week. Children over two welcome. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk.

The house sleeps eight people and has two double and two twin rooms plus a bathroom and a shower room on the upper two floors. On the ground floor is a lovely large open plan kitchen dining room and an elegant sitting room with a wood burner. French windows open from the sitting room to the beautiful enclosed terrace which is an oasis of calm offering a high degree of privacy. Unloading is possible outside the house and cars can be parked at a nearby car park (around 500 metres away) at a cost of around £40 per vehicle per week.
