Under floor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, TV with Freeview & BT tv, DVD, iPod dock, dog bed and dog bowl. Cot and highchair available. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car approx. 20m from the cottage. Enclosed patio with outdoor furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £15.00 each per week (in arrangement with owner). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Side entrance to the property has 3 wide steps leading down with handrails.
