Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2). Lower ground floor utility/drying room. Sitting room with dining area.
Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview and sound bar, DVD/CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Permit off road parking for 1 car 100 yards from cottage - guests can unload outside the cottage. A deposit of £60 is required to obtain the parking space, £40 will be returned providing the key is left in the cottage on departure, £20 is retained as a parking charge. Bike storage in utility. Front patio garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurants 1 min walk. Note: 15 low stone steps from lane to front door. Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited inside. Note: Due to the age of the cottage, there are areas where the ceiling is low.

May Tree Cottage is a charming semi-detached cottage in the popular town of Malvern, tucked at the foot of the Malvern Hills. The cottage is approached from the parking area up low stone steps to the sunny front patio. Head inside and you will find a kitchen with breakfast bar, and a sitting room with dining area. There is also a shower room on this floor, while upstairs is the family bathroom, single bedroom and master bedroom with a bed that can be offered as a super king-size double or twin beds. On the lower ground floor is a handy utility that is perfect for storing walking shoes, mountain bikes etc, as it can also be accessed directly from the lane outside the cottage. May Tree Cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the shops and eateries of Malvern, heading up into the hills for walks or for venturing further afield to Worcester, Gloucester or the Royal Forest of Dean.
