Broad Downs Farmhouse is a beautifully presented, characterful property, offering delightful accommodation and generous living spaces for larger groups and family gatherings. The original farmhouse has been enhanced with two impressive Carpenter Oak extensions creating fabulous entertaining and family spaces, and with vaulted ceilings and full height windows to best capture the rural views. The ground floor offers a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a further large sitting room, and a study, snug, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs are three double bedrooms on the first floor, two ensuite, and a further two bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. The outside offers two patio areas, gardens, access to a meadow with a natural pond, and driveway with parking for four cars. Broad Downs sits just outside the village of Malborough and, alongside a neighbouring property, is surrounded by countryside and farmland, and with access to numerous local walking routes and the South West Coast path. Nearby Malborough village centre offers a couple of pubs, petrol station, Co-op shop, playground and playing fields. A short drive away is the local market town of Kingsbridge, as well as popular Salcombe, Hope Cove, Thurlestone and the many fantastic local beaches.
